"BYOP"!!!   BRING YOUR OWN PARTY TO THE MITCH KIRKPATRICK EVENT & VIDEO SHOOT

 

The first 600 tickets purchased will be put in a prize drawing (multiple winners, multiple prizes including a grand prize). Prizes will be posted soon. Purchasers of the first 600 tickets also get a reduced rate of $5.00 per person for camping (paid at the gate on the day of the event).


**This special offer does not apply to online sales, only the actual tickets that are available from any band member, Julia Neville, a band member of KILLING WHAT WAS or stop by Hocking Hills Moonshine to purchase these special offer tickets

 

Activities 2:00 P.M - 1:00 A.M

These are and will be scheduled throughout the event date, time frames TBA and include:

LIVE ENTERTAINMENT: 2:00 P.M - 10:00 P.M

- Main eventMITCH KIRKPATRICK

- Supporting acts: JULIA NEVILLES and band, KILLING WHAT WAS  (more bands/supporting acts to be announced).

- DJ: ALL DAY - 1:00 A.M

- Rhyno Entertainment, (DJ Ryan Renat) will be providing music between live sets and activities and then ending out the night until 1:00am.

CONTEST/MISC: 2:00 P.M - 7:30 P.M

- "DAISY DUKE & COWBOY BOOTS CONTEST". Winners of said contest, will be chosen by judges to be future participants in the HOCKING HILLS MOONSHINE calendar, additional prizes will be included. (exact time TBA)

- MUD BOG scheduled (time TBA), for viewing only. (Only certain trucks have been chosen for this event).

GENERAL INFORMATION: 

- PRIMITIVE CAMPING:

  • TENTS: $10 per person at gate **unless you are one of the first 600 to buy the "special offer ticket, those tickets offer $5 camping pp** PLEASE SEE MAP FOR TENT ONLY CAMPING SITES. SHUTTLE AVAILABLE TO CAMPING AREAS
  • RV'S: $10 per person plus an additional $10 per axle. Includes motor homes, pop-up's or anything that is not a "tent". PLEASE SEE MAP FOR RV PARKING

- PARKING:

       **All vehicles will be parked in a designated parking area and is only a short walk to the stage/field area**

  • GENERAL PARKING: Free, this location is immediatly to the left of the entrance gate, this is available to any size vehicle. However RV's will not be permitted to park in this area, only the designated RV area and will be charged the extra cost per axle. PLEASE SEE MAP FOR DETAILS
  • MOTORCYCLE'S: Free, however if you choose to pitch a tent in the same area, you will be charged the $10 per person (see exclusions above) We have set aside a MOTORCYCLE ONLY parking area just above the 2nd gate. PLEASE SEE MAP FOR DETAILS 
  • FULL SIZE TRUCKS: Free, anyone parking trucks in stage/field area are first come, first serve. FULL SIZE Trucks only are permitted to park in the stage/field area but must be parked by 2:00pm on the day of the event 7/9/2016, hand over keys to designated security and not move the vehicle until 6:00 A.M the next day on 7/10/2016 and no later than 2:00 P.M. **Those who choose to be parked in the stage/field area may leave the gates, however nobody will be allowed to leave and re-enter after 2:00pm on 7/9/2016.

 

- FOOD:

         ** There will be food vendors on site, as well as beer, ice and firewood for sale**

  •  M & M CONCESSIONS
  • 3 DJ'S HOG ROASTING

 

RESTROOMS:

  • Porto-Johns and handwashing stations will be available in several locations including the camping areas. PLEASE SEE MAP FOR DETAILS
  • HANDI-CAP accessible bathroom available. PLEASE SEE MAP FOR DETAILS
  • Shower house available. PLEASE SEE MAP FOR DETAILS

 

- MISC:

  • You may also bring your own beer, NO GLASS!! Coolers will be checked at the gate.  
  • Gates open at 8:00am, event starts at 2:00pm.   
  • Lighting is available throughout the property  
  • Continuous security will be on site and in multiple locations. These men/women will be clearly marked along with the event staff. 
  • First Aid location with EMT and Nurses on site
  • Emergency Procedures are in place
  • Maps and signs will be posted of the grounds

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS: NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS!!!!

  • 18 years of age and older. **NO UNDERAGE DRINKING**
  • NO UNDERAGE DRINKING!!!
  • NO CAMPING IN THE GENERAL PARKING AREA (This does not include the area designated for RV's)
  • ANYONE WHO PURCHASES A TICKET GIVES EVENT STAFF THE PERMISSION TO RECORD YOU AND PUBLISH SAID RECORDING IN THE BYOP VIDEO.  Must sign waiver.

  • MUST SIGN WAIVER. Waiver excludes the promoter and or the property responsible or liable for any harm or damage done to attendee or attendee property.

  • WRIST BANDS WILL BE ENFORCED. If you are found on this property without a wrist band, you will be asked to leave the property and purchase a wrist band before re-entering. 

  • EVERYONE MUST LEAVE PREMISIES BY: 2:00 P.M 07/10/2016.  

  • There is a pond on the property, we ask that you do not swim or submerge your body or anything else into the water. There are docks in which you may access, we only ask that you do not get into the water for liability reasons. 


     

**IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, YOU WILL BE REMOVED AND MAY NOT RETURN**

 

 **In case it wasn't clear, this is  a video shoot for the song BYOP. We've just decided to make it a day full of fun activities and entertainment. Video footage will be staged, however candid shots will be taken of the crowd in and on the field where the main stage is located. This includes the trucks that will be lining the perimeter of the stage/field area. We don't condone rebel flags, therefore while video footage is live, please remove any rebel flags from your trucks. 

There are some rules, but if we all comply, this could be an epic time with lots of good ol' fashioned redneck fun!! Hope to see you there.
